## About the Firm

Greg McCollum Complete Legal Defense Team focuses exclusively on criminal defense and DUI defense in Myrtle Beach and surrounding South Carolina communities. The firm was formed in 2014 to create a better way to help good people who have been arrested or investigated by police. The firm does not accept every client or every case — consultations are confidential and conducted to determine if a prospective client qualifies for representation.

### Greg McCollum — Managing Partner

Greg McCollum is the managing partner of the Complete Legal Defense Team, located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Prior to private practice, Greg worked for over five years as a felony court prosecutor in Horry and Georgetown counties, successfully prosecuting hundreds of cases covering murder, assault, sexual assault, robbery, kidnapping, and drug offenses of all types. In 1994 he was selected as the first prosecutor for the newly formed centralized DUI Jury Court in Horry County, serving as prosecuting attorney for every highway patrol DUI case in the greater Myrtle Beach area.

As a prosecutor and defense attorney combined, Greg has gone to trial in over two hundred cases, including more than one hundred DUI trials. He graduated from Clemson University and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He began practicing criminal law in the Myrtle Beach area in 1988 as a public defender, then as a prosecutor, before opening his criminal defense practice.

### William E. McIntosh — Senior Trial Attorney

Bill McIntosh is the senior trial attorney of the Complete Legal Defense Team, based in Summerville and Myrtle Beach. He has more than twenty-five years of experience as a South Carolina trial attorney. Over the past fifteen years he has successfully defended more than a thousand clients against charges ranging from murder to magistrate court matters. He previously worked five years as a state prosecutor and Assistant Solicitor in Dorchester County. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Bill earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University, a Master of Public Administration from the College of Charleston, and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

### Ricky Todd — Trial Attorney

Ricky Todd is a trial attorney with the Complete Legal Defense Team. He has practiced exclusively in South Carolina, focusing on criminal law since 2010. He previously worked with the 15th Circuit Solicitor's Office in Horry and Georgetown counties and served as Deputy Public Defender for Georgetown County. He has extensive jury trial experience including violent crimes, Criminal Sexual Conduct, and murder cases. He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Coastal Carolina University and his Juris Doctorate from Charleston School of Law.
